Compu-Net Master has experienced technicians that can respond during normal business hours, extended business hours and on a 7 X 24 basis. For your convenience, we provide both Hardware Maintenance Agreements and Block Service Agreements.

Hardware Maintenance Agreements are customized to meet your specific business needs. Computer and network equipment represents a major investment within your business. As with most capital expenditures, there is a need to preserve that investment for as long as possible. A Hardware Maintenance Agreement with Compu-Net Master helps protect your investment. Compu-Net Master's Hardware Maintenance Agreement equates to an insurance contract. The contract provides coverage for a specified period of time, at a flat price and expires unless renewed.

Block Service Agreements apply to any service or product provided by Compu-Net Master. Pre-payment is required and a 10% discount applies to any labor charges incurred. Our Block Service offers a one business day response guarantee. The Block Agreements do not expire at a particular time, but will end when the dollar amount in the "block" is consumed by product or service charges incurred.
